Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- Cinnamon sugar (for coating)
- Nutella (for dipping)
Instructions
- Bring water and butter to a boil in a saucepan.
- Stir in flour, salt, and vanilla until a dough forms.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer.
- Pipe 1-inch strips of dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Roll in cinnamon sugar and serve with Nutella for dipping.
Notes
