Delicious bite-sized churros served with a creamy Nutella dip, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • Cinnamon sugar (for coating)
  • Nutella (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Bring water and butter to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in flour, salt, and vanilla until a dough forms.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer.
  6. Pipe 1-inch strips of dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Roll in cinnamon sugar and serve with Nutella for dipping.

Notes
