Ingredients
1 cup dill pickle juice
6 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Green food coloring (optional)
Silicone gummy worm mold
Instructions
1. Pour dill pickle juice into a small saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the juice and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
2. Heat the saucepan over low heat, stirring until gelatin fully dissolves (about 3-5 minutes). Do not boil.
3. Add sugar, corn syrup, and lemon juice. Stir until sugar dissolves completely.
4. Add green food coloring, if using.
5. Carefully pour mixture into silicone gummy worm molds. Tap to release bubbles.
6. Refrigerate molds for at least 2 hours, or until gummies are set and firm.
7. Unmold gummy worms and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
