Ingredients

- 2 egg whites

Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Increase heat and cook until the mixture reaches 240°F (115°C) on a candy thermometer.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Slowly pour the hot sugar mixture into the egg whites while continuing to beat.
- Add vanilla and beat until the mixture is cool and fluffy.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
For best results, ensure egg whites are at room temperature before whipping. You can add flavors or colors for variations.
