- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then brush them with honey BBQ sauce.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to soften.
- Stir in butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the grilled chicken with the cheesy garlic Parmesan potatoes on the side.
Notes
For crispier potatoes, soak diced potatoes in cold water for about 30 minutes before cooking. Always rest the chicken for about five minutes after grilling.
