A soothing and comforting latte featuring chamomile tea, honey, and frothed milk, perfect for relaxing on a rainy afternoon.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon dried chamomile or 1 tea bag
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey (to taste)
- A pinch of ground cinnamon (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

- Brew the chamomile tea in a teapot or place a chamomile tea bag in a mug and pour the boiling water over it. Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes, then remove the tea bag.
- Warm 1/2 cup of milk in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
- Froth the milk before adding it to the tea for a light, airy texture.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey into the steeped tea, adjusting the sweetness to your preference.
- Pour the warmed milk into the mug with the honey-sweetened chamomile tea and stir gently to combine.
- If desired, sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top of the latte for an added touch of warmth and flavor. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Experiment with flavored honey or infuse the milk with vanilla extract for a unique twist. Pay attention to steeping time and milk temperature for best results.
