Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
- Add the honey, olive oil, and minced garlic, stirring until fully combined and aromatic, about 1-2 minutes.
- Arrange the carrot sticks in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Drizzle the honey garlic butter sauce over the carrots, ensuring they are well coated. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Toss the carrots to evenly distribute the sauce.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the carrots are tender and caramelized at the edges. Stir halfway through the cooking time for even roasting.
- Once done, remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
