Description

A refreshing blend of green tea and strawberries, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz green tea (brewed and cooled)
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice (from about half a lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew your green tea using 2 cups of water and a green tea bag. Add your sweetener while the tea is still hot for better mixing.
  2. Cool your green tea. You can either refrigerate it or pour your hot tea over ice.
  3. Pour your cooled green tea into a 32 oz cup or mason jar filled with ice cubes.
  4. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon (approximately 3 tablespoons).
  5. Mix in your freeze-dried strawberries, stir, and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, consider crushing freeze-dried strawberries before mixing, or use fresh strawberries for a different experience.
