- 12 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
- 4 oz salami, sliced
- 4 oz pepperoni, sliced
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup green olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, salami, pepperoni, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, black olives, green olives, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing and oregano.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
