Ingredients

- 1½ cups mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp anchovy paste
- 1 tbsp + 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1¼ cup parmigiano-reggiano (finely grated)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Grate the parmigiano-reggiano and set aside.
- Zest and juice the lemon.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, yellow mustard, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and black pepper.
- Whisk all ingredients together for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Pour the dressing over chopped romaine lettuce and croutons, and toss well to coat.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For added tang, incorporate more lemon juice. Experiment with mustard levels to find the perfect balance.
