Ingredients
- T-bone Steak
- Fresh Minced Garlic
- Fresh Rosemary Leaves
- Pepper
- Salt
- Lemon
- Butter
Instructions
- Wash the steak and pat it dry.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper generously on both sides of the steak, then squeeze lemon juice over it.
- In a medium heat pan, add butter and allow it to melt.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Sear the steak in the pan for 10 minutes, cooking for 5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the pan-seared steak to an oven dish and finish cooking in the oven to your desired doneness.
Notes
Let the steak rest for at least five minutes before slicing to enhance flavor and juiciness.
