Description

A comforting and delicious keto meatloaf made with ground beef, almond flour, and parmesan, perfect for low-carb lifestyles.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup no sugar added ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a small bowl, combine almond flour, grated parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, green pepper, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
  4. Add the almond flour mixture to the meat mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Line a sheet pan with foil. Place the meat mixture on the sheet pan and form it into a loaf shape.
  6. Top the loaf with the no sugar added ketchup.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160ºF.

Notes

For optimal results, rest the meatloaf for 10 minutes after baking to retain juices.
