- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar in a bowl. Marinate the sliced steak for 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat and cook the marinated steak to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest.
- In another bowl, prepare the spicy cream sauce by mixing mayonnaise, gochujang, and rice vinegar, adjusting the gochujang to your heat preference.
- Assemble the bowls by placing cooked rice, then the steak, kimchi, and drizzling with spicy cream sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
