Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (chuck or brisket), cut into chunks
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles

  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Combine beef, beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and vegetables in a slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook egg noodles in a separate pot according to package instructions.
