Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Drain excess fat, if necessary.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Use a non-stick skillet for easy cleanup. Leftover rice works best for texture. Add vegetables or chili sauce for extra flavor.
