  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the softened butter and sugars together for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then gradually incorporate it into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the oats, chocolate chips, and pecans until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets, spacing about two inches apart.
