Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and grease a 9ร—13 inch baking dish.
  2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains.
  3. Add onion and cook until translucent, then add garlic and taco seasoning.
  4. Stir in black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes with chilies. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Layer half the meat mixture in the baking dish, top with crushed tortilla chips and 1 cup cheese.
