Description

A comforting blend of Earl Grey tea, lavender, and milk, creating a frothy and indulgent beverage.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 12 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 2 pinches dried lavender buds
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or granulated sugar)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add your tea bags to a heatproof mug that holds at least 12 ounces.
  2. Pour in the boiling water with two pinches of dried lavender buds. Allow this mixture to steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and gently squeeze out any liquid. Remove the lavender buds using a spoon.
  4. Add your tea, honey, warm milk, and vanilla to a wide-mouth mason jar. Blend until frothy and well combined, about 1 minute.
  5. Pour your Earl Grey latte back into the cup and serve immediately.

Notes

For a twist, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top. Experiment with different milk types for unique flavors.
