A comforting blend of Earl Grey tea, lavender, and milk, creating a frothy and indulgent beverage.
Ingredients

- 1 cup boiling water
- 1–2 Earl Grey tea bags
- 2 pinches dried lavender buds
- 1/2 cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or granulated sugar)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add your tea bags to a heatproof mug that holds at least 12 ounces.
- Pour in the boiling water with two pinches of dried lavender buds. Allow this mixture to steep for 10 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and gently squeeze out any liquid. Remove the lavender buds using a spoon.
- Add your tea, honey, warm milk, and vanilla to a wide-mouth mason jar. Blend until frothy and well combined, about 1 minute.
- Pour your Earl Grey latte back into the cup and serve immediately.
Notes
For a twist, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top. Experiment with different milk types for unique flavors.
