Description

A comforting blend of Earl Grey tea and creamy milk, this London Fog tea latte is perfect for cozy moments.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Earl Grey tea bag or 1 tsp of loose Earl Grey tea
  • 1/2 cup Dairy milk or any plant-based alternative
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: dried lavender or a cinnamon stick for additional flavor
  • Optional: ground cinnamon, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew the tea by heating 1 cup of water until it boils. Pour the hot water over the Earl Grey tea and steep for about 5 minutes. Add dried lavender or a cinnamon stick if desired.
  2. Add vanilla syrup to the brewed tea after steeping, adjusting sweetness to taste.
  3. Heat and froth the milk in a separate pot without boiling it. Use a frother for the best foam or vigorously whisk in a jar.
  4. Combine the frothed milk into the cup with the flavored tea, letting the foam rest on top.
  5. Garnish with ground cinnamon before serving. Sip and enjoy!

Notes

Experiment with different plant-based milks for unique flavor profiles.
