Description

A delightful low-carb dish combining ground beef and shredded cabbage, seasoned with garlic, ginger, and soy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet; cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
  4. Stir in shredded cabbage and soy sauce; cook until cabbage is tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For a crunchy texture, adjust the cooking time for the cabbage.
