- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch piece of ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet; cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Stir in shredded cabbage and soy sauce; cook until cabbage is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For a crunchy texture, adjust the cooking time for the cabbage.
