Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook ground venison over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
