- 2 eggs

- Purple gel food coloring
- Black gel food coloring
- Purple sprinkles
- ½ cup black or chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- Beat the butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and milk, then mix until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate flour, salt, vanilla extract, and almond extract until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough in half; tint one half with purple gel food coloring and the other half with black gel food coloring.
- Roll the black dough into a 6×12-inch rectangle; roll white dough on top and lightly roll them together.
- Roll the purple dough into a 6×12-inch rectangle, coat with purple sprinkles, and roll it into a log.
- Chill the logs in the refrigerator, then slice and bake.
Notes
Use room temperature butter for easy mixing. Roll the dough between parchment paper to avoid sticking.
