- 1 cup mango juice (240 ml)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (120 ml)
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (45 g)
- 1 tablespoon honey (15 ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (2.5 ml)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (120 ml)
- 1/4 cup diced fresh mango (40 g)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional )
Instructions
- Place the white chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave the chocolate chips in 15-second intervals, stirring each time, until melted and smooth.
- In a blender, add the mango juice, coconut milk, melted white chocolate, and honey.
- Blend on medium speed until the ingredients are well combined.
- Add the vanilla extract and ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend again until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour the mocktail into serving glasses.
- Top with diced fresh mango.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
