Mango Hibiscus Iced Tea

Description

A refreshing iced tea that combines vibrant hibiscus and sweet mango for a delightful summer drink.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Dried Hibiscus Flowers
  • 5 cups Boiling Water
  • 1 Large Ripe Mango
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Agave Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

  1. Add 2 tablespoons of dried hibiscus flowers to a tea kettle.
  2. Pour in 5 cups of boiling water over the flowers.
  3. Let it steep and cool down completely.
  4. Slice the large ripe mango and add it to a blender with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of agave syrup, and 1 tablespoon of water.
  5. Blend until smooth, and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
  6. In a glass, add the mango purée, ice, and chilled hibiscus tea.
  7. Stir well and enjoy!

Notes

For a sweeter drink, adjust the amount of agave syrup to taste. Use fresh mangoes for best flavor.
