A refreshing iced tea that combines vibrant hibiscus and sweet mango for a delightful summer drink.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons Dried Hibiscus Flowers
- 5 cups Boiling Water
- 1 Large Ripe Mango
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Agave Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1 cup Ice
Instructions
- Add 2 tablespoons of dried hibiscus flowers to a tea kettle.
- Pour in 5 cups of boiling water over the flowers.
- Let it steep and cool down completely.
- Slice the large ripe mango and add it to a blender with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of agave syrup, and 1 tablespoon of water.
- Blend until smooth, and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- In a glass, add the mango purée, ice, and chilled hibiscus tea.
- Stir well and enjoy!
Notes
For a sweeter drink, adjust the amount of agave syrup to taste. Use fresh mangoes for best flavor.
