  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder (5 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper (2.5 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt (2.5 grams)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Pat the venison tenderloin dry with paper towels.
