Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss until all florets are well coated.
  5. Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and tender.
  7. If desired, sprinkle with nutritional yeast before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley for an added touch of color and flavor.
