- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until all florets are well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and tender.
- If desired, sprinkle with nutritional yeast before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley for an added touch of color and flavor.
