- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet, sautéing until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Introduce the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in the chopped bell pepper, zucchini, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Season with dried oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
