Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parsley, cilantro, garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with tzatziki sauce, in pita, or over a fresh salad.
