Description

Delicious Mediterranean chicken patties made with ground chicken, fresh herbs, and spices, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parsley, cilantro, garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve with tzatziki sauce, in pita, or over a fresh salad.
