  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and chop the spinach finely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, dill, breadcrumbs, and seasonings.
  3. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into uniform patties.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  7. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Let the patties rest before serving.
