- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and chop the spinach finely.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, dill, breadcrumbs, and seasonings.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Form the mixture into uniform patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the patties rest before serving.
