Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions
- Wash and prepare the vegetables: halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the red onion finely.
- Rinse the chickpeas under cold water.
- Chop the parsley.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, chopped parsley, and diced red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
