Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions

  2. Rinse the chickpeas under cold water.
