- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the foamy yeast mixture and olive oil, stir until it forms a dough.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for one hour.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) during the last few minutes of rising.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape and transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Add cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta cheese, parsley, and oregano on top, drizzling with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
