Ingredients
4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)

Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
2. Pat chicken thighs dry and coat thoroughly in the marinade.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 8 hours for deeper flavor).
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken thighs skin-side down.
5. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
6. Remove from skillet and rest for 5 minutes.
