Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled orzo, cherry tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, spinach, and red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
