Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, and cucumbers.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
