- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise or yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the chicken breasts, ensuring they are fully coated.

- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
