Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Pound chicken breasts to about ¾ inch thick and place between two sheets of plastic wrap.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
  6. Place chicken in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden.
  8. Allow chicken to rest for five minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using chopped fresh herbs or a dash of cayenne pepper in the topping.
