- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Pound chicken breasts to about ¾ inch thick and place between two sheets of plastic wrap.
- In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
- Place chicken in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
- Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden.
- Allow chicken to rest for five minutes before serving.
