- 1 shot of espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee, chilled)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (plus extra for topping)
- ¼ cup half & half (or milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup (or ½ teaspoon vanilla extract)
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Begin by chilling your coffee or espresso in the fridge.
- Toss ice cubes into your blender.
- Pour in the chilled coffee.
- Add chocolate syrup for that mocha vibe.
- Pour in half & half for creaminess.
- Add a splash of vanilla syrup or a pinch of vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth, stirring if needed.
- Pour into a tall glass, leaving room for toppings.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Drizzle extra chocolate syrup on top.

Notes
