Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and tender.
  4. Whisk together tahini, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  5. Drizzle the tahini-honey sauce over the roasted cauliflower.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
