Ingredients

- 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
- 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
- Vegetables of choice (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, snow peas)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cubed tofu and cook until crisp and golden, about 5-7 minutes.
- Introduce mushrooms and chosen vegetables to the pan, and sauté for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce, and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil or experiment with different mushroom varieties.
