Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies and mix them with the melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form a sturdy crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar using an electric mixer until the mixture turns smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the melted chocolate, ensuring it combines thoroughly.
- Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, blending carefully to maintain the lightness.
- Spread the cheesecake filling over the prepared Oreo crust, leveling it out with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, allowing it to set properly.
- Drizzle chocolate ganache over the top and finish with dollops of whipped cream for an extra flair.
Notes
