Ingredients

- 2 cups chocolate cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch dish to form a crust.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream.
- Melt chocolate chips and fold them into the cream mixture.
- Spread the chocolate mixture over the crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Chill mixing bowls before whipping cream for best results. Feel free to customize the crust or chocolate chips for variations.
