Description

A rich and decadent no-bake chocolate dessert made with a chocolate cookie crust and a creamy filling.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch dish to form a crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and fold them into the cream mixture.
  5. Spread the chocolate mixture over the crust.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Chill mixing bowls before whipping cream for best results. Feel free to customize the crust or chocolate chips for variations.
