Ingredients

  • 2 packages of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 container (8 oz) of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup of milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla pudding mix until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
  2. In a dish, layer graham crackers, half of the pudding mixture, and more graham crackers. Repeat layers.
  3. In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter together over low heat. Once melted, stir in powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
  4. Pour chocolate mixture over the top layer of graham crackers.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Allow the chocolate mixture to cool slightly before pouring it over the cake; this prevents melting the graham crackers underneath. Spread the chocolate topping evenly for a polished finish.
