An indulgent no-bake dessert combining creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate, layered over a crunchy graham cracker crust.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- Beat together peanut butter, 1 cup heavy cream, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Spread the peanut butter mousse over the crust.
- Heat ½ cup heavy cream until just simmering, then pour over chocolate chips. Let sit for a few minutes, then stir until smooth. Pour the ganache over the mousse layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra touch, garnish with crushed peanuts or drizzle more ganache on top before serving.
