Description

An indulgent no-bake dessert combining creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate, layered over a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  2. Beat together peanut butter, 1 cup heavy cream, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Spread the peanut butter mousse over the crust.
  3. Heat ½ cup heavy cream until just simmering, then pour over chocolate chips. Let sit for a few minutes, then stir until smooth. Pour the ganache over the mousse layer.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra touch, garnish with crushed peanuts or drizzle more ganache on top before serving.
