- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Funfetti cake mix
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the Funfetti cake mix and milk, mixing until fully combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream mixture in a 9×13 inch dish, then layer with Oreo cookies.
- Spread another layer of the cream mixture over the cookies. Repeat the layering process, finishing with the cream mixture on top.
- Sprinkle the top with colorful sprinkles. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Notes
For an extra creamy cake, consider using double-stuffed Oreos. Experiment with different cake mix flavors for variety.
