Instructions

- Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Transfer this mixture into a springform pan and press it down firmly to form the crust.
- Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and garnish with additional Oreo crumbs if desired.
