No Bake Oreo Ice Cream Cake

Description

A nostalgic and delightful dessert featuring layers of vanilla and chocolate ice cream over a crunchy Oreo crust, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 pint chocolate ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter to form the crust. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Layer vanilla ice cream over the crust, then freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Spread a layer of chocolate ice cream, then freeze again for another 30 minutes.
  4. Add a layer of whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill your mixing bowl before whipping the cream and let the ice cream soften a bit to make layering easier.
