- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 pint chocolate ice cream, softened
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter to form the crust. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Layer vanilla ice cream over the crust, then freeze for 30 minutes.
- Spread a layer of chocolate ice cream, then freeze again for another 30 minutes.
- Add a layer of whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
For best results, chill your mixing bowl before whipping the cream and let the ice cream soften a bit to make layering easier.
