- 2 cups spinach, chopped

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery; sauté until soft.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cooked chicken and gnocchi; cook until gnocchi is tender.
- Reduce the heat and add the heavy cream and spinach; stir until the spinach wilts.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese.
