Ingredients

- 4 cups orange juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 package (1.75 oz) fruit pectin
- Zest of 2 oranges
- 1/2 cup diced cranberries (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the orange juice and zest.
- Stir in the sugar and scatter the fruit pectin over the mixture.
- Cook on medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for about 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
- If using, stir in the diced cranberries.
- Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal.
- Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes for long-term storage.
Notes
Allow jars to sit undisturbed for a tighter seal. Store in a cool, dark place for up to one year.
