A delicious layered dessert combining the rich flavors of Oreos and creamy peanut butter, perfect for gatherings and family evenings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package double stuffed Oreos
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Nestle chocolate and peanut butter chips
  • 1 package Hershey’s instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 ounces whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Begin by crushing the Oreos into fine crumbs and reserving half a cup for later use.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos with melted butter, then press firmly into the bottom of a 9×9 pan to form the first layer.
  3. Blend cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth, then spread it over the cookie layer.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate and peanut butter chips over the cream cheese layer, saving some for the top.
  5. Prepare the instant pudding according to package directions and pour it over the chocolate chip layer.
  6. Spread the whipped topping over the pudding layer and sprinkle with reserved crushed Oreos and chips.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 180 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a firmer consistency, extend the chilling time up to 5 hours. You can also add crushed peanuts or more Oreo crumbs on top before serving.
