A refreshing and creamy passion fruit ice cream that captures the essence of summer with vibrant flavors.
Ingredients

- 275 g Passion fruit puree
- 397 g Condensed milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
- 600 ml Double cream
- 2–3 tbsp Passion fruit curd
- Passion fruit seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed milk, passion fruit puree, and vanilla extract, if using. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- In another large mixing bowl, whip the double cream using an electric hand mixer or a stand mixer with a whisk attachment until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture in two or three stages to maintain the light and airy texture.
- Transfer the mixture into a 2.5-liter tub. Drizzle the passion fruit curd over the top and swirl it throughout the mixture for a marbled effect.
- If desired, sprinkle passion fruit seeds on top for texture.
- Cover and freeze for at least 240 minutes or overnight before serving.
Notes
For a softer texture, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn.
