Description

A delightful no-bake dessert layering creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate pudding with a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
  • 1/4 cup melted peanut butter (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped cream, creating a light and fluffy mixture. Spread this mixture over the crust.
  3. Prepare the chocolate pudding using the milk as directed on the package. Once thickened, spread it evenly over the peanut butter layer.
  4. Top the dessert with the remaining whipped cream, smoothing it out for a nice finish.
  5. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top and drizzle with melted peanut butter for added flavor and texture.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a rich chocolate flavor, consider adding chocolate chips to the whipped cream or using different nut butters for unique variations.
